Role Overview
The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of Actorius. The role will oversee financial records, reporting, compliance, receivables, payables and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Manage invoicing, payments, receipts and reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
Monitor receivables, outstanding payments and collections.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and other financial stakeholders.
Ensure timely statutory and tax-related compliance.
Support GST, TDS and other applicable regulatory requirements.
Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management review.
Monitor expenses, budgets and cash-flow requirements.
Establish and maintain appropriate financial controls.
Support internal and external audits.
Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
Work closely with other departments on financial and operational requirements.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial information.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
CA/Inter-CA, CMA, MBA Finance or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
5–10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
Experience with accounting software/ERP systems and MS Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
